Plan Your Visit
The best thing you can do to help you decide whether Merrick is the right fit is to see it for yourself. To assist you in your decision, we offer individual and group tours on Wednesdays for prospective clients and their families and/or support staff. Please note that we are not currently providing tours for prospective clients interested in receiving life enrichment services. All tours currently being provided are for prospective clients interested in receiving employment services and will be of our Work Services program located at 3210 Labore Road in Vadnais Heights.
Book Your Tour Today
Booking your tour is easy using Merrick’s online booking calendar. To get started, select your preferred tour date from the calendar. Then, proceed to complete the remainder of the form and submit. If there is a conflict with the time slot you selected, you will be notified and asked to reschedule. Please note that the dots on the calendar indicate how many groups have already requested a tour for that particular date. Moreover, if you hover your mouse over the calendar, it will display which time slots have already been claimed on any given day.
Upon submitting the form, you will receive an automated email confirming your request. If your request is approved, you will be similarly notified. For directions and parking instructions, please visit www.merrickinc.org/locations.
Please note that Merrick’s online booking calendar is only to be used to request tours on behalf of prospective clients. Thus, if you are not a prospective client or do not represent a prospective client, please visit www.merrickinc.org/schedule-a-tour to schedule a general tour of our facility.
After Booking Your Tour
Here are a few tips to keep in mind after booking your tour.
- Be on Time – Tours are frequently scheduled back-to-back leaving little time in between. Hence, if you arrive as little as 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule if another tour is immediately after yours. To avoid this, please arrive promptly at or before your scheduled tour time.
- Cancel Your Tour – If you need to cancel your tour, please contact Amy Jacobsen at email@example.com or (651) 789-6232 in advance. Our staff put a lot of effort into these tours, so it is frustrating when individuals do not show up. Instead, we ask that you inform us beforehand if you need to cancel.
Unavailable Tour Dates
Tours will not be offered on the dates listed below due to staff unavailability. Therefore, if you request a tour on one of the listed dates, your request will be denied, and you will be asked to reschedule.
Starting in January, tours will be provided every other Wednesday.
*If you select “Life Enrichment Program” as your tour location, you will be placed on a waiting list, and we will contact you at a later time as tours are not currently being provided for prospective clients interested in life enrichment services.
