When you make a monthly gift to Merrick, you become a true Champion for adults with disabilities. That’s why we call our monthly giving program the Champions Club. But what does it really mean to be a Champion? Here are three reasons to join the Champions Club and discover what being a Champion is all about. 

Champions Make a Lasting Impact 

Monthly giving creates a lasting impact in the lives of the individuals we serve. Each day, Merrick provides opportunities for clients to build confidence, form meaningful relationships, and pursue their personal and professional goals. As a Champion, you help make these opportunities possible.

Champions Help Cover the Gap 

Monthly giving helps cover the gap between the cost of services and government reimbursements. On average, it costs $80 to provide one day of services for one client, while government reimbursements cover just $75. A monthly gift of only $5 helps bridge that difference and ensures individuals continue receiving the support they rely on.
